Tim O'Keefe
Specification Sales Manager
Originally from Michigan, Tim has lived in Chicago for 5 years. A B.F.A. in Photography from Wayne State University, a keen eye for design, and a passion for lighting have allowed Tim to excel in the lighting industry. He joined Lightology in 2006 to manage the Architectural Division. With more than 9 years of lighting experience including sales, specifications, and management, Tim is eager to help grow the Lightology Architectural Division and help the design community.

Mark Jorgensen
Inside Sales
Good lighting definitely adds incalculable value to your projects. That's where I come in. My approach to lighting design addresses both aesthetic appeal and smart functionality. From a functional standpoint, unobtrusive is the goal. I want the luminaire to disappear; leaving light itself to achieve the desired effect. I have had the greatest success achieving this end with products by Pure Lighting. When projects not only require functionality from the lighting, but pleasing form as well, I strive to find products that work with the vernacular. Edge Lighting is one of my favorites for this task. I work directly with my clients to help them visualize and determine all lighting possibilities. With over 10 years of industry experience, I deliver the highest quality products within budget.

Mark Horning
Inside Sales
Mark is an ALA Lighting Specialist, and has lighting certifications from the American Lighting Association, Lutron Lighting Control Institute, and Lightolier. He has 5 years of lighting sales experience, and holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Creighton University. Mark believes every home and office is a creative space. Previously as Graphic Designer and Creative Director, he developed a great sense for design. Additionally, he had the opportunity to create an art gallery in Wicker Park, where he developed an awareness of just how important the role illumination plays in accentuating the personality of a space and in appreciating a great piece of art.

Alison Van Huis
Sales Assistant
Alison Van Huis is a Chicago native and a graduate of The International Academy of Design and Technology. She holds a BFA in Interior Design. Her field experience includes kitchen and bath design and retail store design.
